Superior Truck Parts, LLC is committed to helping our customers get back on the road. If any part that you purchase from us fails, or you just bought the wrong part. Please call us! We are always here to help.


Refund Type

Cash On Original Sale: A company check will be issued within 24 hours made payable to the name on the invoice.

Check: A company check will be issued within 10 days made payable to the name on the invoice.

Credit Card: A refund will be processed through the credit card processor.


General Parts

  1. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed on all returns.
  2. No refunds after 15 days from date of the invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
  3. Parts must be in original/resalable condition.
  4. The original invoice does not have to be present but must be located in our Point of Sale system.
  5. The part can be replaced, repaired or returned at the sole discretion of management.
  6. All parts must be returned to the facility where the part was purchased for inspection.
  7. No outside repair is authorized at any time for any reason unless stated in writing.
  8. Purchaser is not entitled to recover from seller any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or any other incidental damage.

Electronic Parts

Including but not limited to ECM, Dash Cluster, Control Module, Alternators, Starters, TCM, ABS ECM’s, Body ECM, Vehicle ECM, Wire Harness.

  1. All electrical parts are not returnable for any reason

Engine Parts

Including but not limited to Turbo, Injectors, Cam shaft, Rockers, Piston, Rod, Fuel Pump, Power Steering Box, Oil Pump, EGR Cooler.

  1. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed on all returns.
  2. No Refunds after 15 days from date of the invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
  3. Parts must be in original/resalable condition.
  4. The original invoice does not have to be present but must be located in our Point of Sale system.
  5. The part can be replaced, repaired or returned at the sole discretion of management.
  6. All parts must be returned to our facility for inspection.

  3. Rebuilt Transmissions – As offered by the re-builder
  4. Parts must be in original/resalable condition.

  3. Rebuilt Differentials – As offered by the re-builder

Tires

  1. Used – All sales are final.
  2. New – Follow the guidelines of the distributor and manufacturer.
